Accommodation
For guests there are two suites, each one has its own luxury bathroom with heated towel rail and cast iron bath with mixer taps. Each suite is decorated individually with period furnishings and has a T.V, radio, hair-dryer etc. Breakfast is cooked to order, and served around a farmhouse table with fellow guests.

Arrivals

Check-in between 4.00 – 7.00 Winter & 5.00 – 7.00pm Summer; however an alternative time may be agreed by prior arrangement.

Departures

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am. on “Check-out Day”.

Tariff

N.B. A minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends.

Double suite – weekdays £110 for two people for 1 night, 2 nights £210 weekdays, £310 for 3 nights. Weekends £225 for 2 nights.

Twin en suite – weekdays £90 for two people for 1 night, £175 for 2 nights, £260 for 3 nights Weekends £185 for 2 nights

The above mentioned prices are based on 2 sharing.

Single occupancy rates £70 – £75 weekdays, £80 & £90 w/ends (2 nights minimum)

All bookings require a 50% deposit. Regret this is non-refundable within 7 days of the booking unless we are able to re-let the room(s). This we will endeavour to do.

Regret NO REFUNDS can be made if guests wish to change their plans, for whatever reason, and leave before booked departure date.

All rates include breakfast.

Advance bookings require written confirmation and a deposit.

*Should you wish to pay for your deposit or for your stay with us by Paypal we can accept Credit and Debit Card Payments through Paypal. Please contact us prior to using this payment method.

CANCELLATION 

Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of booking.
